stay here was excellent, i did not want to leave. my room was generous sized and beautifully maintained with a view. the staff was helpful and attentive at all times.

I recently stayed at Renaissance Paris Hippodrome De St. Cloud Hotel for a work trip and I couldn't have been happier. The hotel is stunning and set in a beautiful location. It was very quiet, which made it perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel offered a free shuttle service to the nearest RER station, making it easy to explore the city. The swimming pool and sunbathing area were fantastic, and the well-equipped gym was a bonus. I also appreciated the fridge in the room for storing snacks. it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Great location and good customer service. The hotel is easy to find and well situated to visit nearby attractions. The breakfast menu was delicious with a good selection of bread and fruit offered. Staff was helpful and friendly which added a lot to our stay.

Our room had no air conditioning, and we were not told about it ahead of time. It was incredibly hot and uncomfortable, and the hotel staff was unresponsive to our complaints.
